We’re Here to Help You Buy or Sell a Quality Boat
Whether you are looking to purchase a well-maintained, inspected boat or want to sell your current vessel, Boat Brokers of Tennessee is ready to assist. Our team provides expert support throughout every stage of the brokerage process—from initial consultation to final paperwork.

We are not a traditional boat dealership. We are a selective, professional brokerage that has served boaters in Tennessee and surrounding states since 1976. That experience guides everything we do.
We operate by appointment only, allowing us to give each client the attention and access they deserve. All visits, showings, and test drives are arranged in advance to ensure availability of inventory and staff.

What to Expect When You Reach Out
For Sellers:
If you are looking to list your boat, here is what we will ask for during your first contact:

- Boat make, model, year, and length
- Overall condition and service history
- Current location (including slip or storage status)
- Whether it is water-ready and available for showing
- Photos, if available, or a time to schedule an inspection
After we gather this information, we will arrange a certified mechanical inspection to determine whether your boat qualifies for listing. We only represent boats that meet our quality and safety standards.
For Buyers:
If you are interested in a boat we have listed or are looking for a specific type, please let us know:

- Type of boat you are seeking (pontoon, cruiser, sport boat, etc.)
- Budget range
- Whether you need a slip or plan to trailer
- Your timeline for purchase
- If you would like to schedule a test drive
Our inventory is constantly changing, and many boats sell quickly. We recommend contacting us early to arrange an appointment and discuss availability.
Visit Our Showroom by Appointment
Our facility is located at the busiest intersection in Bristol, Tennessee—directly across from the Wal-Mart Super Center and adjacent to four automotive dealerships. This high-visibility location helps your boat receive maximum exposure when listed.

Our site includes:
- A 15,000 square foot indoor facility
- A 10,000 square foot carpeted, climate-controlled showroom
- A fenced, four-acre outdoor display lot for additional boats
All boats shown in our showroom or lot are inspected by certified marine mechanics and reviewed before listing. Our location makes it easy for potential buyers to view inventory and schedule test drives when applicable.
Because we work with serious buyers and sellers, appointments are required for all visits. This allows us to dedicate the right time and attention to your needs.
Our Service Area
Boat Brokers of Tennessee works with clients across a wide geographic area. We serve an 80 to 100-mile radius around Bristol, including the following regions:

- Southwest Virginia: Abingdon, Wytheville, Bluefield, and surrounding towns
- Western North Carolina: Asheville, Boone, and surrounding lakeside areas

If you are within driving distance of our Bristol location, we can help you view boats in person, schedule inspections, or facilitate test drives depending on location and marina access.
