Boats for Sale

Quality Over Quantity – That’s Our Inventory Philosophy

At Boat Brokers of Tennessee, we do things differently. We do not list every boat that comes through our doors. Instead, we hand-select only those that meet our standards for condition, value, and performance.

Each boat we list is evaluated by a certified marine mechanic and approved for sale based on its readiness and seaworthiness. Most of our boats are already located in the water at regional marinas and are available for in-person inspection and, in many cases, test drives.

Because of our location and reputation, our inventory is visible to thousands of potential buyers each week. That exposure translates to quicker, better-targeted sales and more opportunities for serious buyers to discover our inventory.

How to Buy a Boat Through Boat Brokers of Tennessee

Buying a boat through us is a clear and professional process. Here's what to expect:

1. Browse Inventory

Start by reviewing our active listings. Visit us on our website, or call us by phone (423) 340-1069.

2. Schedule a Viewing

Contact us to set up an in-person visit. Appointments allow us to prepare inspection reports and, if applicable, marina access for test drives.

3. Test Drive (If Applicable)

If the boat is in a slip and conditions allow, we arrange an on-water test drive.

4. Purchase and Slip Coordination

We handle the paperwork and work with the marina to assist with slip transfer or rental where possible.

What Kinds of Boats Do We Offer?

We specialize in a variety of high-quality recreational and luxury vessels. Inventory may include:

  • Pontoons
  • Cruisers
  • Tow boats
  • Houseboats
  • Sport boats
  • Fishing boats
  • Runabouts

Each boat is listed only after passing a thorough inspection, and all boats are documented with high-resolution photography, condition summaries, and any relevant service history provided by the owner.

We focus primarily on used boats in excellent working condition, but occasionally list new boats on behalf of manufacturers or private owners. All listings are managed through our showroom and sales process, with personalized service available by appointment.

Certified Inspections and Test Drives Available

We do not sell uninspected boats. Every boat is reviewed by a certified marine mechanic before it is listed. We document the condition of:

  • Engines and propulsion
  • Hull integrity
  • Electrical systems
  • Fuel systems
  • Operational controls
  • All boats are sold in "As is" condition.

Buyers receive full transparency on the boat’s current state so they can make informed decisions.

If a boat is already in the water, and conditions allow, test drives can be scheduled by appointment. Seeing the boat perform in its natural environment gives buyers confidence that they are making the right investment.

Marina Slip Availability – A Key Advantage

One of the unique advantages of purchasing a boat through Boat Brokers of Tennessee is that many of our listed boats already reside in a marina. In many cases, the buyer can continue renting the existing slip, simplifying the ownership transition.

This is a benefit not offered by most traditional dealerships. Rather than buying a boat and scrambling to find docking space, our clients often take ownership of vessels that are already in the water and ready to use.

We work with local marinas to coordinate slip rentals and ensure a smooth transition. This reduces downtime and eliminates one of the most frustrating parts of buying a boat—trying to find a place to put it.
